Review themes
What comes up again and again in your customers' reviews (or any you're allowed to process), and whether those themes go with better or worse ratings.
Optional: start the line with the rating from 1 to 5 followed by “|”, “;” or a tab (for example, “4 | Good service”). Use reviews you are allowed to process, such as those of your own business exported from your dashboard. They are not sent to any server: they only stay in your browser if you press “Save”.
Themes
Paste at least two reviews.
Compare periods, shops or products
Save each version with “Save” and it will appear here.Save these reviews and paste others (from another quarter, shop or product) to compare their rating.
How to use it
- 1Paste the reviews, one per line. If they have a score, put it at the start followed by “|” (for example, “4 | Good service”).
- 2Check the most repeated word pairs and words and the average rating of the reviews that mention them.
- 3Use reviews you're allowed to process, for example your business's exported from your dashboard: the tool doesn't collect reviews from any website.
How it calculates
- Text is lower-cased and accents removed, and stop words (“de”, “que”, “the”…) and words under three letters are dropped.
- Document frequency: how many reviews mention each word or pair (a review counts once).
- Average rating of a theme = average score of the reviews that mention it, compared with the overall average.
Verifiable example
With the six sample reviews, “envio rapido” (fast shipping) appears in 2 reviews with an average of 5.0, against an overall average of 3.33.
Limitations
- It doesn't interpret the meaning of sentences or detect irony: it's a transparent count, not AI sentiment analysis.
- With few reviews, the themes aren't representative.
- Everything is calculated in your browser: nothing is stored.
